Knock the whole thing out with the sprocket still on

I tried hammering it out and it wouldnt come out. Does anything have to do with it being RHD?

Well the sprocket is on the right side, and it's the right arm you can't get off? The whole thing should tap out with the arm and sprocket still on the axle. Hit it harder? The bearings are a very snug fit. But use a rubber mallet so you don't damage the end of the axle

Looseball BB? That wouldn't just come out with a hammer.

Should be no reason it won't pop out. It MIGHT take a bearing with it which can be cause for it to be so hard.

Use a rubber mallet. if you use a piece of wood as your strike surface against the spindle or the crank it should pop out with out damaging anything.

Can you loosen the crank bolt of the right side? If so, loosen it just a couple of turns, then smack it hard with a metal hammer. That should push the axle through the crank arm a bit. It will still be really stiff, so loosen the bolt another couple turns and hit it again. Don't loosen the bolt too much or you'll risk damaging the thread. Then use a rubber mallet and hit the sprocket bolt. That should knock the right crank arm and sprocket off. Take the dust covers/spacers off.
Then you'll be left with just the axle, both bearings, and the tube spacer in the middle. Drown the axle in a penetrating spray, or ptfe spray and let it soak in for a couple of hours.
Smack the axle hard with the rubber mallet and there's no reason at all it won't come out. Unless you're hitting it like a 12 year old girl.
It would be a good idea to remove the rubber seals from the bearings and grease em up plenty after working all the spray out of them.
