Idk never had these kinda cranks and the how to video doesn't help haha

It uses a wedge system.

Use a different spacer. That purple one is too big.

I understand everything but the fact the wedge is too long and the video doesn't cover this and neither does the instructions

99% sure the instructions tell you exactly how to put it on.
They even come with smaller spacers to get it dialed in.

I know because I have had Twombolts and currently use Thunderbolts.

Looks normal-ish. I've taken mine on and off a million times, but I can't remember if my wedge cluster hangs over like that or not.

You could just use a shorter spacer. I use the shorter drive side spacer and another like 4mm spacer.

The spindle bolt is pretty long, and should have tons of engagement, and that little ass bit hanging over won't affect the strength enough to matter.

See if you can take the shorter cone spacer behind your sprocket and put it on that side and the little spacers behind the sprocket instead so it looks better at least. That's what I'd do anyway.

Mine overlapped just as much, maybe a tiny bit less, and I put them on with both cone spacers anyway though

That's all the Odyssey BB kit is though




1 tall cone spacer with some regular washers. You might as well just leave the tall one in your first photo on, and put the washers behind the sprocket in between the bearing and the sprocket cause that's all the Odyssey BB is... Unless of course you want a new BB then go for it

Is your chain line pretty legit?

Mine was way screwed up with more than about 3mm of spacer on the drive side.

My chain ailment is so on point its ridiculous, my bike has never pedaled so smooth, i never would of thought new cranks would make my bile feel this much better, its almost unreal like the cranks have some kinda powers

It's ok for the cluster to overhang the spindle a few millimeters.
