Not worth it, you don't lose that much weight.

BMX riding Cop... Let that sink in for a minute.

i dont really see the point, i know yh you may have the money, but that £100 ( i dont know in $ ) could go and buy quite a bit, and i cant see you losing that much weight off a spindle, if money isnt a factor and you can get w/e you want, then DO IT lol

It depends on what spindle for witch cranks... I droped like 4.2 ounces when i switched my old primo spindle for a Ti one. Thats a lot of wieght just for a spindle. I hammer mine in, just use a rubber mallet or rag. Its in great condition after almost 3 years.

But I know kids that have fucked up spindles for the Demo medial's pretty fast.
I don't think splined Ti spindles are too reliable.

it seems like a pretty good weight savings. im pretty sure any 48 splined spindle would work, and i would use a tool to put it on. id get the fsa if i was you though, cheaper and lighter

Ehhhh, I say go for #2. The Ti one. Ti is a stronger metal than Chromoly, but it is much less flexible, flexibility in a spindle doesn't make too much of a difference unless your doing huge drops I'm sure. So just go for the Ti, same price.

well my front end is light and my rear (wheel, cranks) feel real heavy so i think a ti spindle would help, i already have mag pedals and felt a weight difference but hey to each his own...
