Ordered a tire from them two weeks ago, they called and said that it would be 3 days before it comes in and they ship It out. 2 weeks later they havent picked up the phone once or answered their Emails. Hoping for the best but it looks like i just got royally screwed.

contact your credit card or debit/bank and put a claim in. Tell them you havent received your order, tried every way to contact the company and yet, they still have not made contact with you. Youll be refunded.

This. I do this all day long for people 
Banks typically do some investigating for the charges, reach out to the merchant through their own channels as well. Usually they submit documents through the card issuer (Mastercard/Visa etc) to the merchant who then has to submit documents back proving the legitimacy of the charge, and proof of delivery etc. If they can't they have to refund the money. Sometimes the banks eat the cost if it is low enough.

Hey Buddy! You didn't get royally screwed. We had some delays with shipments coming in due to weather and our FIT order just came in on Friday! Your tire has shipped, and you will get an automated email tomorrow with your tracking number! We threw in a free hat, 2 tee's, stickers, and dvd's for the delay! Also, we drew a super rad BMX Dinosaur on the box for you!

I was interested In their online shop because they have the hyper Scotty Cranmer frame , but if I want a steeper head tube I think I've decided I'll go lairdframe when the time comes for a new frame

Still no tire and apparently UPS doesn't update their tracking? All it says is that my package is "ready for UPS", doesn't have anything after that. Im also pretty sure it should be here by now if it was shipped 11 days ago.
