So I just recently started to BMX, and I'm running a 20x2.125 in the front, and a 20x1.95 in the back. This is factory size. They both look the same size, etc. I've measured the length of the tire, seems the same as the back one, same with height of the tire. I know the 20" is the rim size, but the 1.95 and 2.125 is the width of the tire, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong.

So my question is: Can I run a 1.95 on the front, or does it have to be 2.125?

It can be as wide as you like, providing it still fits in your forks. Probably anything up to 2.3 will fit with no problem. Some tyres measure slightly differently than stated, often due to the shape/size of the tread. 2.1 ish is pretty narrow by today's standards, although I like narrow tyres myself. Is there any reason you'd like to go narrower on the front? You might as well just keep it as it is unless you need a new tyre

The reason why I'm asking is because I'm looking to buy a neon green BMX tire, this one specifically: http://www.ebay.com/itm/371283060236?var=640679397775 but they only sell them in pairs of 1.95 or 2.25, I've contacted them about selling me 1 1.95 and 1 2.25 but they haven't been responding, and they're out of 2.25, so my only option is to get a 1.95 in the front and back.

Take a picture of your bike at the forks, like this. Photo
On a redline of mine that I used to have I only had about 2mm of space in between the wheel and the fork.
