Anything beginning with a 20 is fine. For example, a 20"x1.95" will fit perfectly, but a 24"x1.95" won't. The 20 indicates that a tire is compatible with 20" wheels, while a 24, 26, or 30 all correspond to their respective wheel sizes.
The second number is the tire's inflated width. So, for example, a 20"x2.20" tire will fit a 20" wheel size and when the tire is inflated with air, it's width will be 2.20" wide. Same goes for any other size wheel.
