If you're only 6 inches tall you might want to look into a flick trix. I think that's about as good as you're going to get.

I agree with that, and I must add that maybe you need a low standover frame, like the Total Hangover frame. My cousin uses that frame and I've ridden it and it felt easier doing tailwhips on that frame.

I'm 6' and ride a 21"tt, anything smaller feels horrible, and I tried a 21.25 for a bit but it didn't really suit my riding style. It all depends on your riding style. Other parts on the bike also have an effect on how the bike will feel though, and make some things harder, some easier. You just need to find the right balance for what you want.

I'm 6'1, had always riddent 21" top tubes, 21.5" since around 6 months, best decision ever.
Something like one week ago I had re built my bike around my old 21" frame (which is the same geo except top tube lenght) just to see how it feels, and... that's was horribily twitchy, for everything I'm used to do, so I kept that one day and get back to my 21.5" for the best.

So get a 21" at least but I seriously recommend a 21.25" or bigger.
I cannot imagine how much you should be cramped on your bike, and how much evevything will feel better for you with a longer frame.
