What is the video that made the biggest impact on your riding?

Mine would have to be Nike 6.0 Writing on the wall. When I first saw it I was still saving up to buy my first bike and that's when I realized I wanted to ride street.

Another Perspective is the first thing that comes to mind that really made an impact. Made me realize bmx was more about the good times, friends, and stuff like that. Plus the riding is pretty good. Definitely worth a watch if you haven't seen it already.

Steven Hamilton's "Can I Eat?" section though was the first bmx video I had ever seen though so that always holds a close spot to me. Definitely made me wanna ride & kept me hooked on it.

Nike 6.0 (Garrett Reynolds) part got my into BMX. I was just a kid looking up skateboarding videos on youtube when on the side it was his edit , so I clicked it and discovered BMX. Before that , I didnt even think you could do tricks on a bike , so it blew my mind so much that years later I've dedicated hours upon hours biking and experiencing the culture of BMX. All from 1 5 minute web edit. Like , that's pretty mental , 5 minutes had impacting my whole LIFE.

Even now he's still my idol and inspiration. I have a grade 9 biography I did on him up on my wall , I have Flix Tricks unopened of his bikes , I fuckin named my cat Garrett because he had the crazy hair like Garrett did when he did his 6.0 part LOL. Yaahh. Big fan...

I bought Deadline and I'm waiting for the perfect moment to watch it , to experience how much joy I have for biking and respect for him and the crew. I know it will have the same effect as 6.0 did for me.

Not really specific, but i had pnumonia a couple years ago so a was on the couch flipping through tv channels and i found the props tv show. Watched that sooo much! It made me relize that bmx was waaayyyyy more than just kids doing tricks on little mounds of dirt and in sucky skateparks. It opened my eyes to STREET and WELL DESIGNED SKATEPARKS!!! And last summer watching anthem II made me so stocked on riding again!

Road Fools 2 and Criminal Mischief (vans part in particular) were my biggest memories and parts of my riding life. Still go back to them to this day.

Literally everything Animal! Truly opened My eyes to Street Riding, there's just something about Riding what's been put there which is completely 100% not meant for Riding! I never really liked the whole PreFab skate park shit. I rode dirt/race track for a good couple of years & that was good, there is something about making Your own line etc. But Street to Me is the pinnacle of BMX it at least to Me, feels like it takes more skill, taking architecture designed to look good or make moving around the streets easier for pedestrians & then You make it Your own! Just amazing!

Mutinys '08 web video was the first bmx video I'd ever seen, and that really opened my eyes to what was possible on a bike

Deadline was good.... For me it definitely did NOT have the same impact as the nike part even though his riding had progressed so much.

It's kinda cool to see the different generations' answers to this... How this is united had the same impact to some people as road fools series. or props. How each generation has their own thing and I guarantee you can probably see it in their riding too....

I heard 80% is mostly rails :/ But whatever I can't wait to watch it. It'll be nuts. And for me , any footage of Garrett , Deadline , The Trip , Fiend , all those crews , makes me just sooo stoked to watch it because I know all these guys are THE top street riders but all close friends having fun. Any clips makes me excited so if Deadline wasn't as expected it'll still be a treat.

Well the first video I saw before I started biking was a mutiny video. The person who stood out to me the most was always Randy taylor though and that is what got me set on getting into BMX. (R.I.P.)

I can't remember what Road Fools it was, but Seth Kimbrough absolutely blew My mind with the Fly Out Bar, Foot Jam, Bar Drop In. Seth from that day has been one of My favourite Riders! The whole Road Fools series was just awesome! If I had the money, I'd grab a few of the English Dudes, fly out to 'MURICUH , grab a Tour Bus & Drive through 'MURICUH & pick up the Dudes & just cruise round meeting up with as many Riders as possible & have a Fucking BLAST! Real Road Trip, raising HELL & obviously Film the whole thing! Memories are a great thing to hold onto!

I'm pretty sure that road fools is 12 it's got Ryan nyquist and Gary young in it and they make butterfinger milkshakes right and drive the Zamboni
