I got a kink launch 2013 last year (purple and Black). I was just starting to get into the sport. I got pretty good really fast, but now i want to put some parts on it. Im thinking the stem and the bars, maybe the fork. The bars/stem hold worth a sh**. I also want to get a new sprocket and some tires (maybe some rims, wondering how some whitewalls would look)
So what are your guys suggestions. I want the handlebars and fork in black, and the stem and sprocket and rims in purple.
tires i don't really care wouldn't mind having a little bit thicker tires.
Thanks guys, could really use the help
I do mostly park riding.Photo

I'd recommend just replacing parts as they break but if your bars are slipping make sure you tighten them properly and if they still slip i guess you could start with that

Remplace parts as they break.

Tires would be a big bang for your buck upgrade, and white walls would look great. Getting a good quality high pressure tire is going to make your bike feel way better. Fit FAFs are a definitely a shop favourite and if you have some extra cash the FAF-Ks are super nice.

Next I would look at the bar / stem situation. If they are slipping all the time and they are properly installed and clean, an aftermarket bar and stem is a good idea.

Also, maybe hub guards and pegs if you want to learn how to grind?

The rest I would probably replace as needed.

Well, thinkig about it, the only thing id change are the grips if you dont like them, the tires if they are slippery and the pedals if they havent enought grip.
