Watch videos from the 80's and 90's, and that will give you some ideas of less common stuff.

Watch Ian Schwartz, Steve Hamilton, garrett reeves, Cameron wood, garrett Byrnes. I like doing weird stuff and they're my biggest influences.
Finding new lines is always fun too, even if they're not big, just trying to use things in a way different from their purpose opens up a lot of possibilities and ideas
Watch Matt Beringer, Erik Elstran, Mathias Dandois, and really anyone out there that isn't just riding foot tall ledges and banks.

See how many different things you can slide your tires on. Pretend you skiing or surfing or snowboarding and slide everything. Do 180s and slider the rest of the 180. I also just learned flat ground 360 ETs yesterday. Those are super fun.
Use brakes. That's rare enough these days. Front brakes specifically.

hop rocket manuals, rocket manuals off ledges or boxes, rocket grinds, rail rides to 180, 360, jailbreak, halfcab tbog
Nose the top of a ledge and then drop off the side and lockout tooth chink it
60/40 a ledge
Learn back pedal grinds or butchers

Rollout into an x-ride. Basically rollout and keep your wheel turned the same way the whole time.
