I have no idea what it is, maybe it could be the bearings or something, but i'm unsure as i have hardly used the bike since about a year ago and even then hardly used it!

I have a video where you can hear the noise, sounds like a crunching in the video..

Remove crank, give it a clean and give it a good grease up and re install
clean chain, lube it real good....problem solved

if the above does not work, then it could be time to replace the BB

then kick back and enjoy said pizza......nom nom!
