man...that was my life back then! Minus all the racing get up...it was just shorts and t-shirts and skate helmets. And no fear of what would happen if we wrecked. And my Supergoose definitely did NOT weigh 35 lbs. Probably more like 25.

I was doing 5 foot airs on an 8 foot quarter in '85. Bikes didn't get heavy until the 90's.

...unless you had Tuff 2 mags...those damned things WERE heavy. I did not put thise on my bike. I was the only one in our hood that kept spoked wheels just cause of the weight factor alone
