Recently swapped my bike and want to know what these are and if they're good? They are laced to salt rims. Friend says they are salt but don't know :/ also if they're sealed or not? Need to give the bike a clean.

Not sure what they are, but they're definitely unsealed hubs. rear might be semi-sealed though, hard to tell.
what did you trade him?

By the looks of the axels hardware they probably aren't sealed but you can always just take apart the hub to find out for sure.
Not sure what brand they are though, the "R" on them makes me think Redline but it's just a guess

I swapped BMX's and kept my tyres/chain. Definitely worth the trade as his is a more expensive bike. Just need to get some better Hubs I guess and might change some stuff on it. Miss my Black and Red bike. I will probably post a Picture of the BMX on my wall when I get a Pic. Currently have 2 BMX's

Well I figured out the hubs. Not that good :/ Hubs are Radio also they are ball bearing I think. Need to buy some cheap sealed ones.

Just for the record, more expensive doesn't mean better.
What you would want is more chromoly, more sealed bearings and more double wall rims than you had previously.
