Fairly sure they are Premium, which ones I am not sure. A friend has cranks just like those with the weird bends and his are Premium.

He said they're Premium 1948's but it doesn't look like it...

Email Premium and ask. All I could find online is a photo of them and there was no info with them indicating what model they are but they're definitely Premium
