First one: I think its a DK CDL but they never came in brown I didnt think. No serial number on bb. 
And #2 what odyssey forks are these? 14mm

Odyssey classic dirt forks came in 14mm. No idea in frame. Does it have dk logos stamped anywhere?

It has the chainstays welded really low on the bb like the CDL had. Theres a giant DK sticker on the other side. Im pretty sure its a DK just dont know which dk.

The chainstays are welded low on the BB it has a slighty different seatstay junction & theres a tiny cutout in the gusset.
For the odys theres a shape to the fork legs & a logo.

The forks look like Old classic dirts or 41s maybe I had a pair like that. Not sure on the frame.

what size does the fork compression bolt look? is it a larger one like today's or is it slightly smaller? if it's smaller, then it's the older dirt forks, if it's bigger, it's the newer ones

My odyssey flatland fork has that same compression bolt. Roughly 05ish is my guess
