What can I do when I can't ride that benefits my riding skills?

I'd like to get some opinions on what I can do when I can't ride (on rainy days, when injured, or during the winter) that will help me become a better without having to get on a bike or at least take my bike outside of my garage. I've learned a few things like watching How-To videos and things like that, but I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do.

They say thinking about doing something is as good as actually doing it
But besides that... if you aren't already ripped XD you and just do some conditioning training... so you stamina is better when doing some sessions

Yeah I'm pretty conditioned I guess. I box from time-to-time and ride a lot, of course. But lifting is something I wanna start doing. I am really scronney so I figure it couldn't hurt

I use yoga to improve my balance and it helps a lot. Its a good way to warm up and stretch ur body on days u will ride too. Other than exercise watching edits and studying riders movements will help u think of ways to improve ur technique

winter take wheels, sprocket and chain off stick only shitty hubs just hubs into your forks and frame dropouts maybe add protection foam ect get a flat board to hope around on balance on the back end and stuff also throw bars (best if done with a spare shit bike)

lift weights to gain muscle (always useful), cardio - use a treadmill or indoor bike to increase endurance, yoga, increase your ballance with a ballance ball or something, get an indoor bike to practice barspins and such, watch a lot of how-to videos to increase your knowledge of tricks, theres a lot your can do that can benefit your riding
