Not if you put the spacer so the "hat" part faces in towards the frame. Put it on the other side and you are fine.

No spacer + room to move = buying a new sprocket soon.

Don't be lazy about this. If you don't want a problem, you NEED to fix it. Otherwise your sprocket will get worse.

yes i tried this already but if i do this then wen i tighten the sprocket bolt it will be un even and the bolt will force the sprocket to go crooked unless i buy this
and so then it wont have to tighten the sprocket it will just help it move.......

Flip the spacer around as I said in my statement above. Put the spacer onto the BACK SIDE of the sprocket, aka the NON crank arm side.
