I've been wondering what most Bmx riders do with their old
Bike parts when they decide to upgrade on a new part. Like, would
You throw away, sell,or keep your old parts if it wasn't broken ?
I know is a weird question but I was just curious.

Sell parts like bars, stems, cranks, wheels/wheel parts, etc, but normally just giveaway my used tires, grips & pedals unless they're in really good condition, even then just a few bucks tops.

Also I keep/frame certain parts. For instance, I have my Sunday Color bars sitting in a drawer here just cause I rode them so long I can't see myself getting rid of them for some reason. Same with my Shadow Rant v2 cassette & Demolition Zero rim in black chrome cause they no longer make that color.
As for framed parts, it's more like a shelf on my wall holding a bunch of parts I've broken. Got a pair of bars up there, fork, 2 hubs, 2 stems, a seat, and a pair of cranks. It's neat to me

I keep shit that I fine rad. Eg directors, forks with brake mounts and any four peice bars. Or anything I've modded to suit my riding or I've made

Hoard that shit, fuck giving away stuff. Unless you're my closest friends and you need it. Sometimes I sell stuff. I've got my mutiny set up sitting in my closet right now because I don't see myself riding ramps anytime soon.

Sell dirt cheap or give away, certain ones I will keep for a while as a spare, like cranks or a wheel.

Im actually looking for one of those black chrome zeros right now... fuck... I have one, need another..
If the parts aee in great condition ill try to sell them, if not I give them to my friends.

A buddy of mine has a couple, I'll see if he would let them go.
I know they are DUMB hard to find. Demo should release a full group of black-chrome parts, like rims, hubs, stem, sprocket, seat post, brakes.

I don't get new stuff until somethings broken, but if I did id save it as a backup, let a friend use it while its my backup, or sell it if im broke

I like to keep mine, hang them up for memory's or if a friend really needs a part ill just give it to him. Don't touch my skateboard collection though hahaha
