Just wondering what you guys think of the 2013 United Supreme SU1.
Is United a good reliable company? I'm either getting this or the 2012 Verde Spectrum, thoughts?

Definitely get the Verde Spectrum. It's just a tiny bit cheaper and has full chromo. The United is fancy but the frame and some stuff is high-tensile steel.

It's not that good, it's a entry level stock bike. Yes United is a good company and make great aftermarket products but this is a stock bike.

So the verde is a little bit more top notch?

Definitely. What is all fully chromoly and wouldn't be top notch? That high-tensile frame on the United just kills it first thing.

If it's your first bike, hi-tensile steel is perfectly fine, but if you can, try to get full cromo.. another thing to pay attention to is the warranty.. get something that'll cover you for at least 2 yrs.. by then, you'd figure what you want to ride and may even save up to build your custom.. warranties are sometimes overlooked when getting a new bike, but they can be extremely helpful..
