I want a frame that is the best for manuals, has gyro and brake mounts, is strong, and isn't too heavy.

You can manual on any frame. A lighter front always helped in manuals.

what do you find hard about manuals? pulling them up or staying in them?

if you find pulling them up hard go for a 13.25 or smaller chainstay, if you find staying in them hard get a 13.5 or bigger chainstay!
