We will need more detailed photos of it to be 100% from that photo i honestly have no clue! Apart from the Seat/Post set up the build looks quite respectable so it might be an OK/Decent aftermarket Frame. Can't be sure though!

No idea. Can you post more photos with some close ups of dropouts, the Bottom bracket area, the head tube and such?

Looks like either a fly, stolen, or something like that. Im not sure. If there were more photos, i could totally tell you. Or even a walkaround video or something! any markings or even a serial number would help

I would guess Fly. Look at the BB and the location of the chainstays. They started the whole weld them lower for brake clearance on 25/9 thing, and even though the brakes are on the seatstay, they still do it.

All i know is the bike is super light.. and it's been repainted. The guy i got it from is a standup dude... so i know there is no funny business...
He repainted it himself. Looks way better in person. Educated guess???? Fly?

This is true. It looks like a fly. There should be two sets of numbers, one set will have words with it and then three numbers what's that one? If not then it's probably not a fly because all my flys do.

I guess when the douche sanded it down to bare metal he didn't think to not sand of the only thing that can identify the frame.

Can't think of any fly's with three cable hangers on the tt.Just so everyone knows.Are those cable hangers,and are they removed/ground off?

Yeah this one is an older one if it's a fly. I can't see what it says though. Hmm. I agree with bloghogs though most older flys had chainstay breaks too. But the way the cs is and gyrotabs/headtube looks a lot like a fly.
