Ok guys, I need your help finding a place to buy this part (linked photo) the grey cable that actually goes onto your u-brake and connects to the brake hanger, thanks guys

Straddle cable. You can actually use a standard brake cable and cut it to length. That's all it is. Local shops should have something for a few bucks.
