Rather have half that size and have it indoor compared to outside , have a flat rail , down stair/ledge/rail set and a box jump then a quarter. Maybe even a bank too somewhere .

18"-20" tall, 15 feet flat rail on one side
12" tall, 6 feet long flat rail on one side
a 5 feet tall quarter pipe on one side.
3 feet tall mini quarter pipe in one.
(that forms a rectangle. lol)
2 sided banks/quarter on the corners (behind the quarter pipes)
pyramid in the middle with hubbas and shit.

Foam pit , resi box ,25 foot high vert wall to a redbull skyline sized box jump with hips off to the sides of it , step up box jump , spines, 6 foot quarters , quarters with sub boxes and wall rides above them, 10 foot quarter, vert ramp , hips

3500 sq feet is not a lot.
Probs a mini with spine and small box, maybe a rail and grind box.
35X100 is the size if it is simple dimesions.

A nice street section including flat rails, round rails, hubbas, and a cement grind box with flat coping on all sides.
Lots of hips of all sizes.
Street quarter.
Bowl.
A few cement box jump things for the trails guys.
A fly out that wasn't around the bowl so bowl shredders didn't have to worry about people doing fly out stuff getting in their way.
A shelter for eating and stuff.
A nice, clean bathroom.

most local indoor setups are something like 15,000 sq feet typically.

there's a park near me around the same size and it's not that great, but at least there's never anyone there.
It's got a half pipe with a roll in next to it on one end, then in the middle a tiny box jump/pyramid setup with a grind box next to it, and finally a quarter at the end. and there's not much space in between everything.
