What's technically harder from a bunny hop?

A 180 is easier, but learning to fakie, and turn around, can be tough. 360 pivots are fairly safe though, especially if you have a brake and use pedal pressure. Although, they're a lot easier if you can already 180.

I think 180's are a more beneficial trick to learn. Fakies are useful to get dialled, and 180's can look good anywhere. Whereas 3 pivots are a bit nooby

For me 3 taps are harder than 180s to fakie.. but I mean, You have to learn fakies first before throwimg the out of 180s, and Steve is correct, 3 taps look pretty nooby while 180s can look good anywhere...

I don't crash, I do random gravity checks...

I could 360 tire tap before I could properly roll out of a 180, so…

Try both and and see what feels easier for you. Then practice and learn them both!

One thing that helped me with learning the 180s was to first learn to fakie roll out by going up a QP first. That way it's less scary to do the fakie after the 180.

3 taps. But 360 over jumps/spines is easier.
