If you want a loud hub get an Animal Javelin, me and my homie have it and it's louder than this one guys mini at the local but my homie greased his on mine up(any grease really works he used the grease that he uses to put bottom brackets on) and they got louder
You only have to grease the driver

Put WD40 all up in the whole entire internals of any hub and that should make it louder as it breaks in. Make sure to pop the seals open on sealed hub bearings and spray as much WD40 as you can up in there! Citrus de-greaser usually tends to work even better!

Actually if you put a bit of sand in your driver internals, it makes it loud as fuck & will not cause any damage either although people will tell you it will. It won't actually hurt it unless you put too much in.

Ugh you guys suck so much..... And to OP you can make your hub louder by removing the grease and adding either sand/gravel or broken glass shards. Plus everyone knows that a louder hub means higher hops, faster spins, and instant skill change, why I did this ^ and was landing hop whips that night, it's truly the secret of the pros!!

Take off your chain and peddle as hard as you can. that's the secret. that's the loudest your bike will ever be. make sure to peddle REALLY REALLY hard though

i heard taking the rubber seal off of your bearings and then putting sand in them and replacing the seal makes the hub 10 times louder.
