You just have to really commit to getting your leg over, then work on getting your front foot on the pedal. Have you tried them fly out at all?

Exactly what Steve said... on all counts. I'd try them on a flyout if you haven't... but you are basically there... your kick leg remains straight once it leaves the bike after the kick. You are going to need to concentrate on bending that knee & landing that foot on some part of the bike. I'd shoot for the top tube by the seat post to start. You are real close. Just commit!

try them fly out, your form is decent but you need to get your weight over more. it’s hard to explain how to do that but you need to lean forward and keep your bars down. you’re doing the slight downward tilt to one side already so that’s good, that’s what helped me land mine so keep that
