if its unsealed hub, the lock nuts (nuts next to the bearing) have loosened up from whenever you took the wheel off last. take the wheel off. use a wrench to loosen the nuts then get them as tight as possible with your fingers up against the hub bearings. . i say use your fingers since it is likely you would over tighten with a wrench. then re install into fork

take it off. loosen the lock nuts. finger tighten the cone nuts. tighten the lock nuts back up. done!
