That is a dumb question. If you want to barspin, just do it. Everyone tries to overcomplicate barspins, their not that difficult. typically you can't control whether you throw or bus, it doesn't matter. You just have to do it.

The way I look at it (because I am not going to feed the possible troll with harassment) is that throwing is faster than handing.
You would be pushing the bars around on a busdriver, and throwing them on a barspin. Just throw em.
Or just try both and see what works for you.
