Bar geo I like upsweep and 8.25 rise. Frame geo short chainstay I ride a 20 tt now but my friends 20.6 feels amazing. Headtube angle 75 or 75.5. Tire pressure not too hard not too soft.

id say tires make the biggest difference, i think its the easiest way to cut wieght, and high psi to low psi make a sluggish bike fast as fuck and stiff as fuck, and i can tell the rotational wieght differences

say you go from double grave digggers- like 28 oz ?
to khes- like 15 oz

your going to feel a huge difference

cranks? tell me your reasoning

Whenever I'm on 8 spline cranks I feel such a difference between my profiles. I've only ever rode 8 spline and 19mm 48 spline cranks but I always can feel a huge difference.

Frame Geometry - Short top tube and chainstays
Back Hub - Freecoaster, obviously
Bars - My badgers are perfect, and nothing else seems to feel right. Eight inch rise is definitely the perfect geometry for me.

Are you short or do you just like the feel of small frames and bars?

I am about 6 foot tall. I honestly don't know why I prefer a smaller frame, but when I started riding I felt more comfortable on a smaller frame/bars and when I got my Badgers I knew I would never change bars again, and my Loosefer is perfect to my liking so I doubt I will ever change that as well.

My tires gotta be solid as can be. Certain tires you can fill to like 70-80 and they are still squishy (premium refuse resist) and I hate that, it feels like I have to work way harder to get pop into a spin

Frame, tires and pedals.

The geo of the frame and tire pressure.

I'd say the frame but mostly the bar rise and grips

And well 100 psi ALL DAY (:

Then if they feel that way then you obviously put another 20 psi in them

Everything about the bars... position, width, height, upsweep, and backsweep. My bars are 8.1" and I have a topload, 2 upsweep, 12 backsweep, 27" wide, and I have them a bit forward, so they're almost vertical.

Besides that, grips, pedals, tires, and tire pressure.
