For flatland, do you think a 6' rider should get the KHE A-Damn Pro or the wethepeople envy?

The KHE A-damn is flatland oriented and the wtp envy is more of a street/park bike. Its possible to ride flatland with the WTP envy but it would be easier with the KHE.

It may feel a little small or it could feel just fine it really depends on the person. Im 6'2" and ride a 20.75 it feels fine but others my height say 21-21.5 is best it just depends. Just find one and test it out before you buy

I have one last question. Would I be able to buy a street bike and then put in flatland wheels and tires? and If so is there any you would recommend?

A street frame would work Id try and find one with atleast 75.5 headtube angle and a chainstay length between 13.5-13.8. As far as top tube length anything between 20 to 21 would be ok. The forks you would want 0 to 28mm dropouts, you can use pretty much any wheels a freecoaster would help out alot. The good thing about going with a street frame is you can ride flatland or park/street with it and be fine.
