Don't get the Fiend becuz Ty doesn't ride street or grind at all... actually don't get any of those frames. The pros that ride them all suck at street and don't know how to grind.
get yourself an FBM instead.

The FBM frame is more expensive because it is American Made.
All of the other frames you have listed are Taiwan made, hence the price difference.
Looking at those frames, the geo on all of them is pretty similar so I'd say pick the one you like. The Fly frame is the most different, it has a really long back end and a really steep head tube so I'd go for that if you understand what that will mean for your riding. Otherwise, you'd be a little safer with the other frames.

The question was "which frame for street and grinding". Every frame he posted is ridden by very skilled street riders.
So why recommend the fiend over the rest? So far those who have suggested it didn't specify why it's a 'better' choice. Transition Chris is the only post here that provides the slightest bit of insight.
