Will these cranks fit a non spline drive sprocket?

My buddy is selling me these profile cranks but he said there spline drive but i thought spline drive cranks dont have a sprocket bolt correct? anyway will these cranks fit a non spline drive sprocket also how do i remove the sprocket off them?

Yes there's a bolt hole for a sprocket right on the arm

so that means the cranks arent spline drive correct?

48 spline cranks can be both , you can use bolt drive on 1 side and spline drive on the other side depending on which side is your drive side is like mine have a bolt on the right crank arm but i ride left hand drive with a spline drive chainwheel
