Hi guy's,

I'm fairly new to Bmx, I have been riding for about 4 months i can manual-X-up, hop a 6 stair gap, double peg stall on a bench and a few things on the park.
Now that Winter is here I was wandering what do you guy's do when it rain's or snows. Because i literally live in the middle of nowhere in France but i have got a metal skatepark about 20 minutes away. How do you get out and ride in winter ?

The skatepark where i ride ( Fu**ing nightmare when it's wet )

Find a multi-storey car park.

As long as it's above 20 degrees and it's not precipitating, I am willing to ride. Just bundle up! It's going to be around 43 degrees where I live today so I am going to a skatepark with a few friends and whatever snow hasn't melted, we are shoveling out.

Bundle up, and I always bring a bunch of paper towels and towels and rags. To wipe off my tyres, shoes, pedals, and ledges and shit. If you can't bring a broom or a broom stick with a squeegee edge to dry everything off.

I'm just going to mention to you that as he is in France, he would use Celsius, and 43 degrees in Celsius is 109 degrees in Fahrenheit.

I don't ride outdoors when it is raining, but if it's wet but it's not raining I sometimes use a squeegee to dry up a park I am riding. And when it's cold I just wrap up more, once I'm riding I don't even notice it's cold.

Send that weather my way!

I was -17 on my way to work. (Not a typo, NEGATIVE SEVENTEEN DEGREES, FIFTY FIVE DEGREES COLDER THAN WHEN WATER FREEZES)

As to riding, 10 + degrees and sunny and windless and I ride.

Anything under that or snowy and I go to indoor parks or parking garages, or I don't ride.

I usually go into the city. Dunno why but it is always dry if its not raining at the moment. As said, if it's cold just bundle up and you will be fine. If it's snowing or raining i don't like to ride, since i don't want my bike to get wet and i don't enjoy it anyways.
