anyone got any advice on how to stop my wrists from hurting i don't wanna use less psi i keep my front and back at 80

Get used to it. Not trying to be a dick it's just something that's a part of riding, especially doing drops to flat. Some people say more up sweep helps.

Try to land and shift the momentum down by bending your legs, for the rest you just gotta deal with it.

When I first started doing smith grinds, it killed my wrists for some reason. But rather than complain, I sucked it up and kept riding even though it hurt like fuck and eventually got used to it.

Lower tire pressure helps too. I fucking hate riding 50, 60psi tops, I'd like 80psi but lower psi is easier on the wrists and makes bump jumping shit easier for me. it's a trade off, one or the other.

use your legs to absorb the pressure of the landing or build some muscle in your hands and forearms, other then that your just going to have to get use to it, it happens

I got tendonitis in both elbows & wrists from when I started riding.
If its like a sharp pain when you move it it might be that but mine only flares up at the beginning of each season.

I had that problem in my wrists, just a bit of tendinitis, never any fun. i wrapped them everyday for a week before i went to sleep.

I've had that lately in my wrists after riding almost everyday for a couple weeks. mainly around the pinky side of each hand. Hurts to twist them sometimes.

After & before riding put them in ice aswell it is supposed to help them not get inflammed again.

I had this problem when I first started riding and when ever I start riding again when winter is over, it just seems to go away as your body becomes used to riding again.

I torn ligaments and deatroyed my wrists over the years to many times to count just part of the game.........more speed does help the faster you go the smoother things seem to be unless you eat shit, then your fucked

it will come with bmx, and will come back once you break your hands, just keep on riding and your wrists will come accustomed to it. I have always ridden no less than 100PSI in every tire i get and yes i do ride street. park isn't one of my things. so just keep at it and it will pass
