I haven't done it, but a few mates say just do it and you will land at the bottom of the ramp first time like when you first jump a spine straight , the more you do it you learn to pull up just like when you have jumped it straight for a while!

Thats the best tips i have, i need to 3 a spine soon, i just need to find a good one to do it on!

Rotate as much as you need to 360 when you go over it, and tuck. Both obvious things but its how you do it.

go with enough speed to clear it, get an extra crank in for the 3, spin like you would normally do for a 3, but key thing is to drop your shoulder, when you drop your shoulder youll drop your nose into the ramp first and not loop out and break your leg

okay cool, im gonna try fly out dip 3's for the next week or 2 and maybe 180 the spine today to get an idea of it then eventually just go for it.... people say learn it with breaks but im riding a breakless frame so ohwell.
