i am looking to cut my axles down to the bolt and was was wondering what to use and how to do it. thanks.

The easiest way to do it is by using a rotary tool such as a Dremel. Use a wider cutting bit for about 3/4 of the axle, then use a thin cutting bit to finish the rest. Then use your grinding bit and grind the end smooth. During this whole procedure, try not to fuck up the axle threads.

i used a hacksaw on my front wheel, left the back alone
