my chain keeps coming lose and my tire moving to the left bc i have a hub guard and right side pegs.. how can i stop tht bc no matter how much i tighten it, it still happens

New washers may help. If you're running female bolts, beefy washers are a must if you want to crank down them bolts!

What I did which worked was grind down a piece of steel and fit it between the axle and dropout so the wheel cant move forward.

whoever told you they are a pain to put on is making stuff up. they are easy to put on a bike and adjust. they literally just slip over the axle in place of your current washer.
