I've always known it as a Fakie Whiplash (With a Whiplash being a Hang Five Whip sort of thing while moving, and not a Footjam Whip).
I've always known it as a fakie whiplash but this morning I saw someone on Instagram referring to it as a pivot out of a fakie manual I think...
Edited Date/Time:
Fakie manuals are called g-rides around here but ive never really heard it anywhere else so idunno if its the actual name.
What you described would just be a 180 g-ride halfcab.
Backlash is a fakie hang-five whip (whiplash)

I would call it a 180 to backwards manny pivot out or even just a stretched out 360 tire tap depending on the length of the backwards manny.
