i can spin them fine
and i land them every once in a while

but is there any tips to get them smooth and dailed??

i ride 28 inch bars also

wut ive learned with barspins is that confidence is key i know it sounds stupid but ive had the same technique forever but for like the first month iwas geting them ounce in a while and one day i just said i could do it so i tried as hard as i could to visualize myself doing it and it worked.....it probably sounds like b.s. but it works

follow thru with the bars as u throw them and really focus on it

yeah, what these guys are sayin is right. You really have to be determined to do it and you need to watch the grip you want to catch with the non-release hand (the left hand if you spin them clock-wise).

The main thing that really helped me learn barspins was learning half barspins. It helped me get the motions down if you know what I mean.

rode them for like a week them cut them

not cause its to hard or anything just cause smallers more comfertable to me

i was workin on barspins yesterday..my friends advice to me was Throw them.

i cant even manual..

not a manual barspin he means just pull back and do one you gotta learn those before you learn bunny hop bars so that you know hoe to ctach them

ah the whole pull back and do one..ya..im workin on that..if i put a foot on the rear peg and the other on the pedal..i can do them. But with both feet on pedals..im still workin on that.
