bb/frame problem

So the bottom bracket that came stock with my bike came with really thin dust covers, like the drive side spacer is pretty much a big washer, it doesn't protrude at all. The other side dust cover (the bigger one) is the size of what you would get for the drive side if you buy a bottom bracket now. So is there any bottom brackets that come with really thin dust covers because the demolition bb kit that i just bought comes with dust covers that are to thick, so my chain alignment is terrible because my sprocket is being pushed out too much. Sorry about the shitty explanation, don't know if your gonna understand or not.

You dont NEED the dust covers. Just take your driveside off and replace it with a thin spacer or even dont replace it if its not necessary.

Who cares what it looks like?
A. It will function properly
B. You cant even see your driveside cone anyway since its behind your sprocket

But thats NOT a driveside cone. My friend has the same BB and the driveside cone is nowhere near that big. Looks like you got stuck with two non drive cones somehow. Filing is a great idea if youre really that worried about riding without it. I would just take it off though.

I know it the other side but it is also to big, my cranks stick out so much.

Take photos of everything assembled. Youre not making much sense

Is there no negatives of not running a dust cover on the drive side. if not then il just use the drive side cover on the other side and have no cover on the drive side.

Not really. Just do that.

Put the bigger dust cap in the non drive side.

Thats what i did in the first place but the smaller dust cap is still too big to go behind the sprocket.

You could file it down, or just use spacers.
