I would probably go with the Haro because it has a bit more chromoly in the frame which is always a plus, and also comes with a pair of pegs.

The only real advantage the Fly has over the Haro is the Fly has a double walled front rim. The Haro has a single wall in the front, and double wall in the rear where it counts. Everything's sealed too on both bikes, so my pick would be the Haro just for the extra chromoly, but others might say go with the Fly for the double wall rim in the front. You don't land very hard in the front too often, so it shouldn't be a problem. But really you can't go wrong with either as well.

Haro for sure. Not the biggest fan but that bike is great. It looks really good too , I'd ride it. The rims are strong , and the built in seatpost looks like sex.
