I want to start riding but I want to make sure I pick the right bike for me. The 20 inch top tubes are usually the cheaper bikes and more for beginners.... But a buddy of mine says I really need a 20.5 or 20.75. Would this really be necessary? because most of those bikes are about $50 more. I am 5 '10 145 lbs.

my choice is between a fit 1 or 2 series.

Thanks

I think im about 5 foot 10. I had a 20.5 and was constantly hunched over, and had to run chicago bars for it to be comfortable. I recently got a 21.25 and it feels amazing!!! so much space! its all down to preference though, ride one of your friends
