You REALLY must have a way with words, dude. You have been so abrasive and rude, George won't even respond to you on here, and now this. I'm sure somewhere in that Mellon of yours, you think that if you talk enough shit about him, he will send you a free hub, but, he probably browses these threads on a regular basis, and just sees that you would still be talking shit about him and the products no matter what he sends you, and saves the company the money. You seem so negative about everything, like a teenage Emo girl. Try to see the positive in any situation, it will do you some good. And from now on, ask a friend to help you write your warranty emails. It's obviously just not your strong point. There's no harm in admitting when you just aren't good at something, and being polite and tactful in writing just isn't your strongest quality. Remember this when finding a career. No customer service positions.
