My bike isn't that good and most parts are made of Hi-ten.I don't want to buy a new bike I just want to make this one better slowly. So I was wondering what would be best to change first?

Basics that affect the feel and are cheap , like tires , pedals , grips , brakes . You can go for a new headset and BB too because sealed bearings are important. When you start breaking things , you can upgrade it . Bars and a stem can affect the feel noticable with the height and rise .
Don't upgrade your frame and wheels unless they shit out , focus and the more affordable things that make a difference .

My BB is sealed so I might get some new bars as my back sometimes hurts when riding. I am 6ft and the frame is 20.25 and the bars are 7.6" so I might get some bigger bars

That's what I mean , that would be great. Don't buy a frame just because you're tall , switch to a topload stem and try 8.75 bars . It depends on what you like too ; tall bars are popular now , I'm 5.9' but rode 9" rise bars with a topload and could have gone bigger. I know people who are taller then you who run 20" frames haha .

If I were to swap my bars and maybe cranks out what bars and cranks would you recommend. Not too expensive but chromoly.
