i need a new bottom bracket and im not sure if there is a certain size i need or what...
this is the only information i have on my bottom bracket: New Salt Plus mid size BB, press fit, sealed bearing.
does this mean any mid size bottom bracket will fit? i see sizes from like 22m to 19mm that are named "mid".
any help would be great, thanks.

Mid is the outer diameter of the bearing, you also need your crank spindle size. I would bet your stock cranks are 19mm. Check the specs on your bike.

I;ve got the salt plus mid BB on my WTP... WTP bikes are so salty!

Yep, the inner diameter ( =crank size) is 19mm.

Recheck for yours first.

22mms are stronger but heavier. If you are not too aggressive go for a new 19mm one?
