i just got the sano breaks with clear pads and I put them on my chrome rim and I don't see anyting wronge, everyone tells me not to put clear pads on chrome rim idk why its works fine, the only thing is mad noise (doesn't bother me) and a lot of vibration, ohh yeah and when I get them alittle wet in the snow they don't work haha. anyone know why it says your shouldn't use them on danscomp?

Ive wondered this myself, No idea. maybe something in the brake pad comp having a bad reaction on chrome platting? no idea/

They say it because of noise, however clears grab chrome really really well, alot of flatlanders who still use brakes swear by that combination.
And from my experience wet brakes will always be shitty.

clear grips too well on chrome. just wait. itll stick. and the chrome will wear the clear pads out fast as hell

Never had the problem of sticking? Mine never got used like all the way down hill so maybe they didnt get hot enough to stick.

The problem isn't that they stick, it's that they grip TOO well.
Doesn't seem like a problem until the brake pads rip off.
This question has been brought up in the past and I've since researched a good bit and all answers pointed to that aside the loud squeakiness, and the loudness is also due to the pads gripping too well since the loud squeaks happen when the pads grip the rim at a high speed causing the abrupt stop.
Yes other color pads and on other color rims can squeak, but not like clear on chrome, and a lot of times that's due to not being toed in properly.

Noise and vibration. Vibration can be bad on bikes, causing things to loosen.
I would say that's it. Ride em, and occasionally check your parts for loose bolts etc, and you should be fine.
Brakes always suck in snow. Disc brakes are about the only moderate exception to that, being that it is basically heat and oils that cause issues there. Water doesn't cause as many issues on disc brakes. But they are not feasible on a bmx bike, purely due to the rotor, you could clip it on something super quickly, bending it, making the wheel not spin anymore.
