so recently my remix has ceased up on me. it spine fine but when you go to pedal it doesnt move at all or its super hard to move. im sending it back to primo friday to hopefully get warrantied but if i didnt have to pay the shipping and just fix it here thatd be cool. its is the hub not the chain/sprocket/bottom bracket. or anyone know what is causing it? it is only 2 months old thanks for the help!

It's just a piece of shit profile look alike, I knew this when mine skipped the day I go it nothing but garbage,, your best bet is to sell it when you warranty it and buy a different hub that's made correctly, primo died hub wise when they released that piece of shit

this is the first problem ive had. if they warranty it and it last another year that be good. mine has never skipped and spun for forever. its not a bad hub imo

Did you take it apart before it ceased?
If so
A) you may have forgotten a tiny tiny washer.
you greased the needle bearings (literally just did a male to female swap on mine, greased the needles. It rolled like shit I cleaned it and it was perfect)
C) your pawls may not be positioned correctly.

any way you can post a picture of the washer? i put a tiny tiny tiny dot of grease on top of the paws. and it rolls fine but doesnt pedal fine. ignore the rest of the video but thats what wrong it still coasts fine

YeAh. Both little washers Are hat shaped like sprocket adapters. Make sure the "brim" of the one that goes in the hubshell is touching the bearing, then put the one that's in the driver so the "brim" is on top.

I realize this is a bar end, not a washer but it's bigger so it'll make it easier. Imagine the cup is the hub the wider part needs to touch the bearing
