Anyone can do BMX dude, don't worry about that.

I would say go for a complete or buy a used custom bike to start, no need to waste $1000s if you aren't sure if you will like it or not.

Look around danscomp.com (even if its not your country) just to get an idea of prices bikes etc.

I would suggest company wise,

Stay Away From;
Stolen
Fly

I Would Suggest;
We The People (HIGHLY SUGGEST)
Sunday
Fit (iffy)

to be honest , sure everyone can do it.
all i am afraid of is that i would have to replace a lot of things every now and then, more often that i should, cause the extra weight i would have would do more damage to the bike.(also sorry for my bad english, im actually greek)
lets say that i have a budget of 500-600 dolars budget.(its about 400-500 euros).what would it be a good bike to buy first?
give me some opinions based on your experience dudes smile

thanks again a lot for the help

Just get a we the people, whatever model is in your price range. My friend has ridden one for almost 2 years now and he rides really hard, super techy and is always smashing his bike down, he finally broke his front wheel doing a 3 off a 4 foot drop.. so I mean they are pretty insane.

All you need is higher bars and longer frame. Since you are not from the usa, id buy from chainreactioncycles.com, evanscycles.com or winstansleybmx.
Id go with this first:http://www.winstanleysbmx.com/product/56828/Premium_Inception_2013_BMX_Bike its good and cheap, and you still have some money in case you find your handle bars too small, you can get bigger ones/tl stem/spacers.

Well, being tall and heavy you do need a bigger bike, and it has to be strong. Basically look for a 21" full chromoly frame, fork and bar with double wall rims, and pro level tires.

You will want to spend a bit more money up front to get something that will work well.

If you're looking at Fit, I would suggest at least a Mac 3. You can also look at the BF 3, it's a little bit bigger at 21.125".

Fits are way to expensive in europe, the first serie is about 429euro i think, 584 $

Based on what i heared this bike that you are suggesting me has the right size for me and ita cromo 100% but why that low price? i see other bikes from wethepeople and other brands have kind the same stuff with a lot more money.
Is anyone suggesting the bike that this guy suggested?
Are there any other suggestions?

Really really thank for those fast replies and help!

Because its on sale, they want to sell all the stock left, so they put it on sale, cause its from 2013, and 2015 bikes are arriving soon.

price range can go up to 400-500euros.

is there a difference betwwen chromoly and Cr-mo and 4130 Chromoly?
it maybe sound stupid question to you but im here to get so help right?

thanks a lot dudes.

|

6/5/2014 4:45 AM

http://www.winstanleysbmx.com/product/54499/WeThePeople_Versus_2013_BMX_Bike

That's my suggestion, Cr-mo, chromoly, 4130, it's all the same.

I'd personally get the Wethepeople rather than the Premium, better parts etc etc

|

6/5/2014 7:41 AM

Thanks for the suggestion.
Do you think this bike would be ok for an 1.91m tall and 113kilos ridder? Not only from the view of the size but for the durability too.
Sorry for bad.English and for asking so much questions

it has a slightly shorter toptube than the Premium, but it should be fine, I'm 6'1'' (1.85 metres) tall and ride a 21" toptube frame, which is more than long enough. As for your weight, the parts on it should be stronger and able to take more punishment, so me personally, I would say yes, it would be fine for you. It will be your first bmx yes? If so, it would be a good starting bike smile

Yes it will definitely be the first one.
Thanks for helping smile

No problems, ultimately, the choice is yours, but having better parts on the starter will make it easier, I'd also suggest a top load stem (I have a Sunday Freeze on my Bone Deth), makes it feel so much bigger and easier to ride

|

6/5/2014 11:04 AM

Yup, that bike is pretty good to. Id pick a tl stem from that site, for example the sunday tl is good and cheap.

but to be honest im still wondering for the frame.20.8 vs 21''? will this make a big difference to me?

Its all really personal preference, best thing to do is go to your local skatepark and ask people to ride there bikes so you can get a basic idea for what geometries feel right to you.

it's not a massive difference but will be different, as said by others tho, a top load stem is a definite, I rode my 21" with a front load, then switched to a top load and it felt miles bigger

|

6/6/2014 4:50 AM

I'd go with a 21" toptube at your height, I'm 5.8 and riding a 20.75 and its perfect. Sup2u tho bro.

|

6/6/2014 2:30 PM

btw the 22 and 24 are probably a lil too big for you, that was just to show that they have stuff for huge people lol
