Im trying to build my bike, but idk what to do with these cranks.
should i put it through the BB and put the other crank on and then just tighten it? The crank wont go any further at all.
oh, and the other crank doesnt even go 2 inches onto the spindles threads with A LOT of pressure.

use a rubber mallet, my cranks were a bitch to put in

48 splines are a pain in the ass to put on the first time just get it on good enough with a mallet and then use the spindle bolts to get them on the rest of the way.

it'll be easier next time, doesnt look like youve got any anti-seize on their either, might want to put that on too.

i used a mallet forever, thats as far as it'll go.
i dont think i have anti-seize either, will a little bit of grease work?
