demo momentum and fit t/a

I would say that the demo will be bigger. Just by looking at videos they look bloomin huge compared to a 2.3 T/A

Dans says the inflated width of the demo is 3mm larger than the fit. That was about a minute worth of research.

Isnt just the inflated width that matters, hieght comes into it alot aswell. And dans might not be right, what psi is that for? Doesnt say, so really that doesnt help a huge amount

The 2.35 Momentums are enormous. Will not fit MOST forks without rubbing, or most frames unless brakeless.

well 34r (i run 34r stone II forks) said a team rider had a lil half moon shape to fit in the dropouts but width ways they fit, so i reckon ill be safe with the t/as (thats why im asking) if the demos wont fit most forks.

I'd go with the TAs just because the demos have super thin sidewalls and will rip easily. I couldn't say which one is fatter just because i dont know anyone with one but like said above the momentums are massive.

God youre a dick sometimes... Never said i dont believe it, i just said it might not be right, and it doesnt say what psi they were measured at which makes a difference.
And handlebartoface, its not an either or, i just know the demos fit so its a comparison.

DEMO Momentum 2.35 inflates upto 2.4"
FIT T/A 2.3 inflates up to 2.28"
So DEMO is bigger than FIT in terms of Width

DEMO Inflated diameter 21"
FIT infalted diameter 20.9"
So DEMO is not much of a difference than FIT in terms of Diameter They virtually have the same height.

And Im guessing this are inflated to the max PSI.

But who cares right?
Is mayonnaise an instrument?

I would bet the inflated size is at max pressure. Lots of tires use different PSIs, so using one flat rate (unless it is like 65 PSI) wouldn't work. Plus usage can stretch tires a tad. My 2.25 Demos are larger than some of the 2.3 tires I have come across.

Just throwing that out there.

It technically doesn't. if the demo is bigger than the fit with both at 110 psi then it's still gonna be bigger whether you run the tires at 65,85,90, whatever psi

I love my momentums

The TA is around 2.25 or less actually inflated , it seems much smaller than another "2.3" tires . I'd go for 2.4's soley because 2.3 don't actually inflate to nearly that size .

If you don't believe me I actually bought them lol

i got 2.3s, i didnt want super fat tyres.

Been riding 1.95 tires last month jumped back on my guerra with. 2.25s on it they felt so sluggish and slow ...stoked on switching to 1.95s
